Reiki is a highly effective healing that corrects energy imbalances, underlying physical and emotional disorders. It is accomplished by removing negative energy, replacing it with positive healing energy. See calendar for schedule of classes.
Yoga means "unity of body, mind and spirit." It is a series of movements coordinated with the breath to stimulate, strengthen, and build stamina and flexibility.A Hatha/Raja Yoga class is taught Mondays from 7:15to 9:15 p.m.at the Maitland Civic Center, Tuesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Winter Springs Senior Center and Thursdays 6:15 to 8:15 at the Baldwin Park Recreation Bldg. (Formerly the Navel Training Center, Bennett Rd. entrance)
Physically Limited Yoga for Seniors and Handicapped are taught during the daytime hours and the following Senior Centers: Casselberry, Maitland, Deltona, and Winter Springs.

Chapel Location:
The Chapel is located at the "Spirit of Deer Retreat," 1223 Tall Pines Dr. in Osteen, Fl. 32764. This spiritual site is located on the St. Johns river between Lake Harney and Lake Monroe just north of Sanford off Maytown Rd east of SR 415. The chapel facility is designed and equipped for weddings, a teaching facility and a meeting place for the many practitioners and interested clients of the healing arts modalities.
